1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the ScFlow website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Description of Services
ScFlow provides SoundCloud promotion services including, but not limited to, plays, likes, reposts, comments, and followers, delivered through a network of real, active SoundCloud accounts. ScFlow is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with SoundCloud GmbH.
3. Orders & Payment
- All orders are processed in USD and are subject to availability.
- Payment must be made in full at time of order via our supported payment methods.
- Orders are confirmed by email. Confirmation does not guarantee a specific start time beyond our stated delivery windows.
- We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order at our discretion if we determine fulfilment is not possible for the specified URL.
4. Delivery
Most orders begin within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Full delivery is completed within 3–14 days depending on package size. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. ScFlow is not liable for delays caused by changes to SoundCloud’s platform, content removal, or account restrictions initiated by SoundCloud.
5. Refill Guarantee
ScFlow offers a 30-day refill guarantee on all orders. If any delivered metric drops below the quantity specified in your order within 30 days of full delivery completion, we will refill the difference at no charge. Refill requests must be submitted within the 30-day window by contacting support@scflow.io with your order ID and current metric count.
6. Prohibited Use
- You may not use our services to promote content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- You may not resell ScFlow services without explicit written permission from ScFlow management.
- You may not submit fraudulent orders or provide inaccurate information.
- You may not use our platform to attempt to reverse-engineer our delivery methods or network.
7. Disclaimers
ScFlow does not guarantee that use of our services will result in trending chart placement, label deals, playlist additions, or any specific commercial outcome. Results vary based on track quality, genre, timing, and platform algorithm changes. We make no warranty — express or implied — that engagement delivered will result in specific downstream outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ScFlow at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or third parties, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, outstanding orders may be cancelled at our discretion with a prorated refund.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. For users outside the UK, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through mediation before legal proceedings.
