We stand behind every order. Here's exactly what you're entitled to if something isn't right.
30-Day Refill Guarantee
If any delivered engagement drops below what we promised within 30 days of full delivery, we refill the difference free of charge — no questions asked.
Full Refund Eligibility
If we cannot deliver your order — due to a private or removed track, unavailable URL, or a technical issue on our side — you receive a full refund within 5 business days.
Satisfaction Credit
If you're unsatisfied with results despite full delivery, contact us within 30 days. We'll work with you on a resolution — additional delivery, a credit, or a partial refund.

30-Day Refill Guarantee
All ScFlow orders include a 30-day refill guarantee from the date your order is marked as fully delivered. If your play count, like count, follower count, repost count, or comment count drops below the quantity we delivered within this 30-day window, we will top it back up at no additional charge.
- Refill requests must be submitted within the 30-day window — claims after day 30 are not eligible.
- To request a refill, email support@scflow.io with your order ID and a screenshot showing the current metric count.
- Refills are processed within 48 hours of a verified request.
- The refill guarantee applies to the original delivered quantity — not to any additional organic growth or decline beyond what we delivered.
Full Refunds
You are entitled to a full refund in the following situations:
- We were unable to start your order within 5 business days of payment due to a technical issue on our end.
- Your track or profile URL was inaccessible at time of delivery (e.g. private, deleted, or region-restricted) and you provided an incorrect or inaccessible URL.
- You placed a duplicate order in error and contact us within 1 hour of purchase before delivery begins.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion in situations where delivery was partially completed and we are unable to complete the remainder. The refund amount will be proportional to the undelivered portion of your order.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Orders where full delivery has been completed as specified.
- Dissatisfaction based on not achieving a specific algorithmic outcome (e.g. trending chart placement) — we cannot control platform algorithm decisions.
- Orders cancelled after delivery has begun (partial refund may be offered instead).
- Accounts banned by SoundCloud for reasons unrelated to our services — we are not responsible for SoundCloud's enforcement decisions.
How to Claim a Refund or Refill
Contact our support team at support@scflow.io with the subject line "Refund Request" or "Refill Request" and include: your order ID, the email used to purchase, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to resolve all claims within 48 hours.
Refund Processing Timeframes
- Credit/Debit Card refunds: 5–10 business days (bank processing times vary)
- PayPal refunds: 1–3 business days
- Cryptocurrency refunds: 1–2 business days (at current exchange rate at time of refund)
